Withdrawal & Refund

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Estellias. As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order. In addition, we grant you a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal Instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Estellias, Robert Lipau, c/o Adressgeber #2085, An der Alten Ziegelei 38, 48157 Münster, e-mail: support@estellias.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the goods are received and inspected by us. For the refund, we use the same means of payment as for your original transaction.

How a Return Works

1. Contact us first within 30 days by e-mail at support@estellias.com with your order number and the reason. Please do not return the goods unsolicited.

2. You may unpack and inspect the item – as you would in a store – but without damaging the original packaging or its labels and barcodes.

3. After review, we will send you the approval and the exact return address by e-mail, which is communicated individually.

4. Only return the goods after receiving our approval, preferably with tracking.

5. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the goods, via the original means of payment.

In the event of an error on our part (defect, transport damage, wrong item), we cover the full return shipping costs.
