📐 How to measure correctly (in 3 steps)

Measure yourself in underwear with a flexible tape measure. Keep the tape close to the body, but not too tight.

1. Bust (chest circumference) – Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
2. Waist – Measure at the narrowest part of your torso (above the baby bump, roughly at navel height BEFORE pregnancy).
3. Hips – Measure horizontally around the widest part of your bottom, about 20 cm below the waist.
